1. CITY OF CUPERTINO: Public Hearing to consider Capital Improvements
Program for fiscal years 1973/1974 to 1977/1978.
2. CITY OF CUPERTINO: Public Hearing to consider 1973 Comprehensive
General. Plan..
3. Amendment to Planned Development zoning ordinances 255 and 256
(Applications 20-Z-63 and 21-Z--63):. VALLCO PARK, LTD. request to
amend the most currently approved land use maps to change the
designation of twenty-three (23) acres located at the southeast
quadrant of Interstate Route 280 and Wolfe Road from light industrial
to commercial and professional office use, and the designation of nine
(9) acres of commercial and eleven (11) acres of professional office
and related light industrial uses located within the southeast. quadrant
of Interstate 280 and Pruneridge Avenue to a combined twenty (20) acre
commercial/professional office/light industrial use. First Hearing
continued.
4. Application 19-U-72 of NAREDEL OF CALIFORNIA, INC. to construct a
market, drug store, and other retail shops within a P (Planned
Development with commercial. intent) zone. Said property is located
in the northwest quadrant of the intersection of Stelling Road and
Stevens Creel-, Boulevard. First Hearing continued.
5. Application 21--U-72 of PAUL ANDREW MARIANI, JR. to allow construction
of a shopping center and accessory auto servicing facility totaling
approximately one million, two hundred thousand (1,200,000) sq. ft.
of building area on approximately 67 acres. Said property is located
in a PD (Planned Development with commercial intent) zone in the south-
east quadrant of the intersection of Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road and Inter-
state Highway 280. First Hearing.

Map to legalize an existing .305 acre parcel in accordance with the
provisions of Ordinance No. 568. Said property is within a Ri--1f)
(Residential, single-family, 10,000 sq. ft. per dwelling unit) zone
and is located adjacent to Mount Crest Drive approximately 100 feet
from the intersection of Linda Vista Drive and Mount Crest Drive.

7. Application 8 -TM -73 of F. E. ROBLES (Juanita Williams): Tentative
Map to remove lot line between two parcels to consolidate said parcels
into one building site. Said property consists of .694 acres and is
located within a Rl-l0 (Residential, single-family, 10,000 sq. ft. per
dwelling unit) zone located northwest of Mount Crest Drive and south
of Linda Vista Drive. First Hearing.
8. Application 9 -TM -73 of JAMES HERBERT: Tentative Map to legalize an
existing .208 acre parcel in accordance with provisions of Ordinance
No. 568. Said property is within a Rl--10 (Residential, single-family,
10,000 sq. f t . per dwelling unit) zone located 170 feet northerly of
the intersection of Crescent Road and Hillcrest Road. First Hearing.
