PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. CITY OF CUPERTINO: Public Hearing to consider 1973 Comprehensive
General Plan.
2. Application 4-U-73: DIVIDEND INDUSTRIES, INC. for use permit to defer
the requirement to underground utilities in connection with a ten (10)
lot duplex subdivision. Said property is located adjacent to and
westerly of Foothill Boulevard approximately 110 feet northerly of
the intersection of Foothill Boulevard and Alcalde Road. First Hearing.
3. Application 5 -TM -73: J. W. LOUGHLIN for tentative map to combine two
(2) lots into a. single .45 acre parcel. Said property is within a
R3-2.2 (Residential, Multiple, 2,200 sq. ft. per dwelling unit) zone
and is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Stevens
Canyon Road and Riverside Drive. First Hearing.

4. Discussion of amending ordinance to provide for mailing notices to
adjacent property owners.
