General Plan.

b. Report on Hillside Studies
2. Application 4-Z-73: HARRY CAPPEL to prezone 3.5 acres from Santa
Clara County CN (Neighborhood Commercial) to City of Cupertino CG
(General Commercial) zone or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate
by the Planning Commission. Said property is located at the northwest
corner of the intersection of Foothill Boulevard and Stevens Creek
Boulevard. First Hearing.
