PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1., CITY OF CUPERTINO: Public Hearing to consider 1973 Comprehensive
General Plan.
2. Application 3-Z-73: RUBEN E. CELAYA to rezone .21 acres from R3-2.2
(Residential, Multiple, 2,200 sq. ft. per dwelling unit) zone to
R2-4.25 (Residential, Duplex, 4,250 sq. ft. per dwelling unit) zone
or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission.
Said property is located adjacent and easterly of Alpine Drive approxi-
mately 216 feet westerly from the intersection of Foothill Boulevard
and Alpine Drive. First Hearing.
3. Application 4 -TM -73: VALLCO PARK, an application requesting approval
of tentative parcel map, encompassing approximately 86+ acres, to
combine eight parcels into four parcels. Said property is in a P
(Planned Development with light industrial use intent) zone, adjacent
and easterly of Wolfe Road between Stevens Creek Boulevard and Freeway
Route 280 and westerly of Tantau Avenue. First Hearing.
