PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Application 2-Z-73 of AGNES P. READE for prezoning approximately
.32 acre from Santa Clara County Rl-l0 (Residential, single-family,
1.0,000 sq. ft. lot minimum) zone to City of Cupertino R1-10
(Residential, single-family, 10,000 sq. ft. per dwelling unit)
zone or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning
Commission. Said property is located adjacent to and southerly of
San Juan Road approximately 200 feet westerly of the intersection of
San Juan Road. First Hearing.
2. Applications 2 -TM -73 and 1-V-73 of LEE YARBOROUGH: Application
requesting approval of a tentative map to legalize an existing 1.4
acre parcel in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 568;
variance from Section 86.2 of the Agricultural -Residential. Ordinance
No. 220(i) to reduce the acreage requirement for use of an on -site
sewage disposal system from 4.9 acres to 1.4 acres. Said property

requesting approval of a tentative map to legalize an existing 1.36
acre parcel in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 568;
variance from Section 86.2 of the Agricultural -Residential Ordinance
No. 220(i) to reduce the acreage requirement for use of an on -site
sewage disposal system from 4.9 acres to 1.36 acres. Said property

4. Application 3-U-73 of DAVID L. FLUITT for use permit to allow the
utilization of an existing church facility to conduct church services
and educational activities in connection with a preschool and elementary
school. Said property is in a BQ (Quasi -Public Building) zone, being
located westerly and adjacent to Maxine Avenue approximately 220 feet
southerly of the intersection of Homestead Road and Maxine Avenue.

5. CITY OF CUPERTINO: Public Hearing to consider 1973 Comprehensive
General Plan.
