Application 2-Z-73 of AGNES P. READE for prezoning approximately .32 acre from Santa Clara County Rl-l0 (Residential, single-family, 1.0,000 sq. ft. lot minimum) zone to City of Cupertino R1-10 (Residential, single-family, 10,000 sq. ft. per dwelling unit) zone or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission. Said property is located adjacent to and southerly of San Juan Road approximately 200 feet westerly of the intersection of San Juan Road. First Hearing. 2.
