1. Consideration of Amendments to City of Cupertino Ordinances 002(k),
002(g), and 220(a-1) redefining permitted uses, building setbacks,
height limits, and other pertinent development regulations for
residential duplex uses. First Hearing continued.
2. Application 1 -TM -73 of MACKAY & SOMPS (Dividend Industries, Inc.):
Tentative Map to divide 6.125 acres into eleven (11) duplex lots.
Said property is in a R3-2.7 (Residential, Multiple, 2,700 sq. ft.
per dwelling unit) and R2-4.25 (Residential, Duplex, 4,250 sq. ft.
per dwelling unit) zones and being located westerly of and adjacent
to Foothill Blvd. between Voss Avenue and Alcalde Road. First Hearing.
3. Application 1--U-73 of ASSEMBLY OF GOD CHURCH: Use Permit to build a
parsonage on the Assembly of God Church property at 10100 North
Stelling Road. Said property is in a BQ (Quasi -Public Building) zone.
First Hearing.
4. Application 2-U-73 of VALLCO PARK: Use Permit to construct an
industrial building of approximately 135,000 sq. ft. Said property
contains 15.5 acres and is in a PD (Planned Development with light
industrial, use intent) zone, being located 720 feet easterly of Wolfe
Road, 500 feet westerly of Calabazas Creek, and southerly of and
adjacent to Freeway Route 280. First Hearing.
5. CITY OF CUPERTINO: Public Hearing to consider 1973 Comprehensive
General Plan.
