Re: Cupertino Sports Center - Roof Diagnostics
Dear Mr. Tan,
This proposal is for an Infrared Scan at the following project site: Cupertino Sports Center –
21111 Stevens Creek Blvd.
Deliverables:
Preliminary Infrared Scan as follows:
1. Project Size: Approx. 10,000 sq ft consisting of 1 building, 1 roof level.
2. Scan all accessible roof sections with a MID -WAVE Infrared Camera.
3. Take infrared pictures (thermograms) of suspected wet roof area(s) and dry overall(s)
thermograms of roof sections if no suspected anomalies are present.
4. Mark out suspected wet areas (anomalies) with visible paint outlines.
5. NO physical verification of suspected areas will be identified by Diagnostic Technician.
* All verification of suspected wet area(s) will be done at the responsibility of the Sales
Representative.
6. Plot all thermogram locations on a roughly scaled GPS drawing with appropriate
identifications to be drafted into a Tremco/WTI branded formal report.
Proposed Total Cost: $1,776.93

forward a Purchase Order made out to “Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.” to my attention or
return a signed copy of this proposal to me and I will proceed to get the work scheduled.
