HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC Reso 201925 -TM -79 RESOLUTION NO. 2019 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP TO DIVIDE APPROXIMATELY .5 OF AN ACRE INTO FIVE SINGLE - FAMILY RESIDENTIAL CLUSTER LOTS AND ONE LOT TO BE HELD IN COMMON OWNERSHIP. APPLICANT: WTW - Warren Whaley (Shutts & Schwimmer) ADDRESS: 14 West Main Street, No. 21, Los Gatos, California 95030 SUBMITTED: October 5, 1979 LOCATION: East side of Vista Drive approximately 350 ft. southerly of Forest Avenue FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of December 10, 1979. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 15. The approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 25 -TM -79 as may be modified by additional conditions contained herein. 16. All applicable subsections of Sections 13.5 and 13.6 of the RIC Ordinance (Ordinance No. 664), regarding street improvement requirements and covenants shall apply to the subject development. 17. The tentative map lot boundary line shall reflect the building and private yards as defined on Exhibit B 2nd Revision of Application 23-Z-79. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of December, 1979, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll call vote: AYES: Commissioners Adams, Blaine, Claudy, Koenitzer, Chairman Gatto NAYS: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: None APPROVED Joh M.
