APPLICANT: WTW - Warren Whaley (Shutts & Schwimmer) ADDRESS: 14 West Main Street, No. 21, Los Gatos, California 95030 SUBMITTED: October 5, 1979 LOCATION: East side of Vista Drive approximately 350 ft. southerly of Forest Avenue --------------------------------------------- Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 15. That the approval is based upon Exhibit A and Exhibit B 2nd Revision of Application 23-Z-79 as may be amended by additional conditions contained herein. 16. All applicable subsections of Sections 13.5 and 13.6 of the RIC Ordinance (Ordinance No. 664), regarding street improvement requirements and covenants shall apply to the subject development. 17. The Architectural and Site Approval Committee is authorized to modify the on -site parking bay, if warranted, to meet the objectives of protecting existing trees and providing maximum opportunity to develop a landscaping plan which provides privacy screening between the second story bedroom -------windows and the rear yard of the adjoining northerly property.
