OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF A REQUEST TO REZONE
.5 OF A GROSS ACRE FROM Rl-l0 TO AN RIC ZONING
DISTRICT ENABLING THE CONSTRUCTION OF FIVE DWELLING
UNITS.

Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
15. That the approval is based upon Exhibit A and Exhibit B 2nd Revision
of Application 23-Z-79 as may be amended by additional conditions
contained herein.
16. All applicable subsections of Sections 13.5 and 13.6 of the RIC Ordinance
(Ordinance No. 664), regarding street improvement requirements and
covenants shall apply to the subject development.
17. The Architectural and Site Approval Committee is authorized to modify the
on -site parking bay, if warranted, to meet the objectives of protecting
existing trees and providing maximum opportunity to develop a landscaping
plan which provides privacy screening between the second story bedroom
-------windows and the rear yard of the adjoining northerly property.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of December, 1979, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
