RECOMMENDING THE DENIAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP TO RE -
SUBDIVIDE FOUR EXISTING LOTS OF RECORD INTO FOUR
RECONFIGURED PARCELS.

SPECIAL FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS
1. The proposed parcel map may result in the compounding of surveying errors
which would conflict with existing and future street and utility extension
planning involving San Felipe Road.
2. The proposed parcel map may result in a compounding of surveying errors
which will be detrimental to the health, safety and general welfare of
neighboring property.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of November, 1979, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
