RESOLUTION NO. 2013
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
TAKING NO SPECIFIC ACTION AT THIS TIME TO AMEND
APPLICATION 19-U-76 WITH RESPECT TO PARKING AND/OR
TRAFFIC -RELATED PROBLEMS.
This action is taken with the explicit understanding
that the Planning Commission has the right to review
this permit at any time. Commission is taking no
action on the anticipation that improvements in the
area, including the planned extension of the wall at
the terminus of Valley Green Drive and the planned
extension of Bandley Drive, should improve the parking
and traffic -related problems associated with the
Any Mountain facility.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of November, 1979, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
