RESOLUTION NO. 2007
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF A CITY -INITIATED APPLICATION
TO PREZONE APPROXIMATELY 50 ACRES FROM P (PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT) TO P (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT WITH RESIDENTIAL,
COMMERCIAL AND OFFICE USE INTENT) ZONE.
The approval is based upon the document entitled "City of Cupertino
Conceptual Zoning Plan - Town Center Property", November 13, 1979.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th November, 1979, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners
NAYS: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Chairman Gatto
Adams, Blaine, Claudy, Koenitzer
