RESOLUTION NO. 2006 (Minute Order)
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING THAT THE CITY COUNCIL REQUIRE THE
REMOVAL OF EXISTING PAVEMENT AND CURBING WITHIN
A PORTION OF THE MANN DRIVE RIGHT OF WAY WHICH IS
PROPOSED TO BE ABANDONED.
The removal of said pavement and curbing
will alleviate confusion to motorists.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of October, 1979, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Adams, Blaine, Claudy, Koenitzer, Chairman Gatto
NAYS: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
