RESOLUTION NO. 2003
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN APPLICATION TO PREZONE
APPROXIMATELY .6 ACRES FROM A SANTA CLARA COUNTY
NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL ZONING DISTRICT TO A CITY
OF CUPERTINO PLANNED DEVELOPMENT WITH COMMERCIAL
INTENT ZONING DISTRICT.

SUBMITTED: September 7, 1979
LOCATION: Northeast corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Mann Drive
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist,
the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
15. The approval is based upon Exhibit A 1st Revision (Configuration C) for
the Planned Development zoning district of Application 21-Z-79 as may be
amended by additional conditions contained herein.
16. Land use activities are limited to those permitted by the Old Monta Vista
General Plan and those permitted as a matter of right in the City's General
Commercial zone. A separate use permit shall be required for those commercial
uses requiring use permit approval as specified in the City's General Commercial
zoning district. Development intensity shall be regulated by use permit
review.
17. The site and building design for future development shall be consistent
with the design objectives contained in the Specific General Plan for Old
Monta Vista as may be amended.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of October, 1979, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
