FT. CONVENIENCE MARKET. APPLICANT: Atlantic Richfield (T.T. Clausen) ADDRESS: P.O. Box 5811, San Mateo, California 94402 SUBMITTED: August 29, 1979 LOCATION: Southeast corner of Silverado Avenue and De Anza Boulevard FINDINGS: 1. The Planning Commission finds that the proposed use will generate more traffic than presently exists in the area. 2. The property is not of adequate size and shape to accommodate the proposed use. 3. The proposed use due to the above findings may be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals and general welfare of persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such proposed use and also may be injurious to property and improvements in the neighborhood.
