RESOLUTION NO. 1978 (MINUTE ORDER)
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
REQUESTING THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL
COMMITTEE TO EVALUATE ALTERNATIVE CONFIGURATIONS OF THE
THE REAR PARKING LOT FOR A PROPOSED 6,500 SQ. FT.
OFFICE COMPLEX
The objective of the review is to develop a parking lot configuration
which protects the root system of existing trees, provides for a
greater amount of landscaping space, and provides a safe and efficient
design for parking and maneuvering.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of September, 1979, at a regular meeting of
the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Adams, Blaine, Claudy, Koenitzer and Chairman Gatto
