OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED USE
PERMIT FOR A 2,000± SQ. FT. ELECTRONIC GAME CENTER
TO MODIFY CONDITION 19 OF PLANNING COMMISSION
RESOLUTION NO. 1869.
APPLICANT: Galaxy Family Skill Center (Thornwood Associates)
ADDRESS: 20956 Homestead Road, Suite "D", Cupertino, California 95014
SUBMITTED: June 29, 1979
LOCATION: Southeast corner of Homestead Road and Stelling Road
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and
subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting
of July 9, 1979 and all conditions stated in the original approval of the City
Council letter dated August 10, 1978 shall remain in full force and effect
with the exception of Condition 19 as amended below:
AMENDMENT OF CONDITION 19:
"The hours of operation Sunday through Thursday shall not exceed 10 p.m., and
that the hours of operation for any Friday and Saturday shall not exceed mid-
night. The existing curfew regulations for minors in the City of Cupertino
shall be strictly enforced by employee's of applicant."
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of July, 1979, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Claudy, Adams, Koenitzer, Blaine and Chairman Gatto
NAYS: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
