HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC Reso 196016 -TM -79 RESOLUTION NO. 1960 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP TO SUBDIVIDE ONE PARCEL CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 7.0 ACRES INTO TWO PARCELS EQUALING .8 OF AN ACRE AND 6.2 ACRES. APPLICANT: Stevens Creek Office Center Associates ADDRESS: 20823 Stevens Creek Boulevard, Cupertino, CA 95014 SUBMITTED: June 8, 1979 LOCATION: North side of Stevens Creek Boulevard approximately 500 feet westerly of Saich Way -- ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of July 23, 1979. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the "_special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 15. The approval is based upon Exhibit A, 1st Revision of Application 16 -TM -79 as may be amended by additional conditions contained herein. 16. The applicant shall record a deed restriction and covenant running with the land satisfactory to the City Attorney, which provides for cross automobile circulation and parking easements between all parcels within this subdivision prior to recordation of the final map. 17. The applicant shall record a covenant agreeing to provide reciprocal ingress/egress driveways with the adjoining properties at such time in the future as the City can require the same of the adjoining property owners.
