RESOLUTION NO. 1957
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOKMENDING THE APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP TO SUBDIVIDE
APPROXIMATELY 3.35 NET ACRES INTO 60 RESIDENTIAL CLUSTER
PARCELS AND ONE LOT TO BE HELD IN COMMON OWNERSHIP.

SUBMITTED: June 8, 1979
LOCATION: Southwest Corner of North De Anza Boulevard and Lazaneo Drive.
FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and sub -
conclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of
July 23, 1979.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist,
the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
15. The approval is based upon Exhibit A 1st Revision of application 15 -TM -79
as may be amended by additional conditions contained herein.
16. The applicant shall record a covenant restricting the sales price, resale
procedures, etc. per the requirements of the City of Cupertino's Below
Market Rate Program, on 6 of the units within the subdivision. Said
covenant shall be recorded simultaneously with the filing of the final
subdivision map and shall be subject to the review and approval of the
City Attorney.
17. The applicant shall create a homeowners association to assume ownership
and maintain property held in common.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of July, 1979, at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll call
vote:
AYES: Commissioners Adams, Blaine, Claudy, Loenitzer and Chairman Gatto
