OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP TO SUBDIVIDE
ONE PARCEL CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY ONE ACRE INTO
FIVE PARCELS AND ONE LOT TO BE HELD IN COMMON OWNER-
SHIP.

LOCATION: Northeast corner of Foothill Boulevard and McClellan Road
FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:
The Planning Commission finds that the proposed development is incompatible with
the surrounding neighborhood due of its inwardly oriented nature which necessitates
the location of fences along two sides of a major intersection.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of July, 1979, at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll call
vote:
AYES: Commissioners Adams, Blaine, Claudy
NAYS: Commissioner Koenitzer, Chairman Gatto
