HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC Reso 19473 -TM -79 RESOLUTION NO. 1947 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP TO SUBDIVIDE APPROXIMATELY TWO ACRES INTO 21 PARCELS CONSISTING OF 19 TOWNHOUSE PARCELS, AND ONE COMMON AREA PARCEL AND ONE PARCEL EQUALING APPROXIMATELY .8 OF AN ACRE TO ACCOMMODATE 'AN OFFICE BUILDING APPLICANT: State Mutual Savings and Loan Association ADDRESS: 4001 MacArthur Boulevard, Newport Beach, California 92660 SUBMITTED: March 9, 1979 LOCATION: Southwest Corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Finch Avenue ----------------------------------------------------- FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of June 18, 1979. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 15. The approval is based upon Exhibit A 1st Revision of Application 3 -TM -79 as may be amended by additional conditions contained herein. 16. The applicant shall record a covenant restricting sales price, resale procedures, etc. per the requirements of the City of Cupertino's Below Market Rate Program, on two of the units within the subdivision. Said covenant shall be reecorded simultaneously with the filing of the final subdivision map and shall be subject to the review and approval of the City Attorney.
