HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC Reso 194513 -TM -77 RESOLUTION NO. 1945 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP TO SUBDIVIDE APPROXIMATELY 1.15 ACRES INTO TWO PARCELS EQUALING APPROXIMATELY .878 ACRES AND .271 ACRES EACH. APPLICANT: Ushiro Hosono/Nick Papageorgiou ADDRESS: 1737 North First Street, San Jose, California SUBMITTED: May 10, 1979 LOCATION: Northeast corner of Alves Drive and Bandley Drive FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of June 11, 1979. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 15. That the approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 13 -TM -77 as may be amended by additional conditions contained herein. 16. The applicant shall record reciprocal ingress/egress easements for the benefit of both Parcels A and B providing for joint utilization of all driveway facilities by both parcels. 17. The applicant shall record a covenant which obligates existing and future property owners to enter into reciprocal ingress/egress easements with the adjoining properties to the east, at such time in the future, the City can require the same of the adjoining property owner. Said easements shall be subject to the approval of the City Attorney. 18. In the event, the property located northerly of Parcels A and B is developed for residential purposes, the owners shall be responsible for the construction of a 6 ft. high masonry wall for the entire length of the northerly property line of both Parcels A and B. -2- 13 -TM -77 Resolution No. 1945 (continued) PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of June, 1979, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll call vote: AYES: Commissioners Adams, Blaine, Koenitzer, Chairman Gatto NAYS: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: Commissioner Claudy APPROVED: (-~( John M.
