RESOLUTION NO. 1942
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP TO CONSOLIDATE
THREE PARCELS CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY ONE ACRE AND
RESUBDIVIDE INTO NINE SINGLE-FAMILY CLUSTER LOTS.

LOCATION: Northeast corner of Granada Avenue and Bryne Avenue
FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and
subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting
of June 11, 1979.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
15. That the approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 10 -TM -79 as
may be amended by additional conditions contained herein.
16. The applicant shall shorten the length of the proposed mini cul-de-sac
and modify the lot lines to permit the building on Parcels No. 4 and 5
to more direclty front on the cul-de-sac. This may entail the slight
redefinition of lot lines on Parcels No. 1, 2 and 3 subject to the review
and approval of the Director of Public Works. Additionally, the applicant
shall fully improve the mini cul-de-sac should the City obtain dedication
from the adjoining property owners to the east. If the City is unable
to obtain dedication, the applicant shall modify the cul-de-sac to
accommodate a minimum 20 ft. pavement area between the curb and the
easterly property line.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of June, 1979, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Adams, Blaine, Koenitzer, Chairman Gatto
