RESOLUTION NO. 1933
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP
TO DIVIDE 2.95 ACRES INTO TWO PARCELS.

LOCATION: Easterly of Bandley Drive and Westerly of De Anza Boulevard approximately
200 ft. Northerly of Lazaneo Drive
FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and
subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting
of May 14, 1979.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply.
15. The approval is based upon tentative map Exhibit A 1st Revision of
Application 7 -TM -79 as may be modified by additional conditions contained
herein.
16. The 30 foot wide driveway easement which parallels the northern boundary
line of Parcel A and the common property line between Parcels A and B
shall be recorded in a manner, as approved by the City Attorney, to allow
access for Parcels A and B of the subject map, and all other properties
bounded by De Anza Boulevard, Lazaneo Drive, Bandley Drive, and Mariani
Avenue.
A driveway easement agreement shall also be recorded pertaining to Parcel B.
Said recorded easement agreement shall be worded in a manner to obligate a
future owner/developer of Parcel B to provide a driveway easement connecting
the aforementioned 30 ft. north/south driveway with De Anza Boulevard. The
easement agreement shall provide access to all properties bounded by the
aforementioned streets. The precise location, alignment, and width of the
easement shall be determined in conjunction with a public hearing to
consider a development proposal of Parcel B.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of May, 1979, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
