RESOLUTION NO. 1926
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOM11ENDING APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP TO
RESUBDIVIDE APPROXIMATELY 9.8 ACRES INTO FOUR PARCELS.

FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and
subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting
of April 9, 1979.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
15. That the approval is based upon Exhibits A, A-1, and A-2 of Application
2 -TM -79 modified to delete reference to the removal of buildings on
Parcel 1 and as may be further modified by additional conditions
contained herein.
16. The applicant/owner shall provide reciprocal ingress/egress easements
over Parcel 2 to the benefit of Parcel 1 and Parcel 3. Said easements
shall be approved by the City, placed in escrow, and recorded
simultaneously with any transfer of ownership at no cost to the City.
17. The sound barrier planned to be constructed along the easterly property
line of Parcel No. 3 shall be continued along the easterly property
line of Parcel No. 2.
18. The existing building located near the westerly property line of Parcel
No. 2 shall conform with the Fire Resistance Standards of the Uniform
Building Code prior to final map approval. To achieve this requirement,
the applicant may reinforce the existing wall, establish a building clearance
easement or such other technique as may be deemed acceptable to the
Chief Building Inspector.

Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
