PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Application 12 -TM -75 of DEMETER ENTERPRISES: TENTATIVE MAP to divide
.38+ acres into three lots plus three lots tobe held in common ownership.
Said property is located westerly and adjacent to Miller Ave. at the
intersection of Miller Ave. and Calabazas Creek. First Hearing.
2. REACTIVATION OF USE PERMIT 20-U-73 of THE WESTFIELD COMPANY: USE PERMIT
to allow construction of two 32,340 sq. ft. light industrial buildings, a
total of 64,680 sq. ft. Said property is within a P (Planned Development
with light industrial intent) zone and is located at the southeast corner
of the intersection of Pruneridge and Tantau Avenues. First Hearing.
3. REACTIVATION OF USE PERMIT 10-U-74 of THE WESTFIELD COMPANY: USE PERMIT
to allow construction of one one-story building containing 19,400 sq. ft.
Said property is within a P (Planned Development with light industrial
intent) zone and is located at the northwest corner of the intersection
of Pruneridge and Tantau Avenues. First Hearing.
4. Application 14 -TM -75 of BURDICK DEVELOPMENT COMPANY: TENTATIVE MAP to
divide approximately one (1) acre into six (6) lots. Said property is
located adjacent to and southerly of Rodrigues Ave. approximately 750 ft.
westerly of the intersection of Blaney Ave. and Rodrigues Ave. First
Hearing continued.
5. Application 12-U-75 of PHOTOTECHNOLOGY: USE PERMIT to allow a photo kiosk
in a CG (General Commercial) zone. Said property is located at the south-
west corner of the intersection of Stevens Creek Blvd. and E. Estates Drive.

6. Application 14-U-75 of WATKINS-JOHNSON COMPANY: USE PERMIT to allow con-
struction of 2 -story building containing 160,625 sq. ft. in a P (Planned
Development with light industrial use intent) zone. Said property is located
adjacent to and southerly of Pruneridge Avenue approximately 500 feet westerly
of Tantau Avenue. First Hearing.
7. Application 13-Z-75 of CITY OF CUPERTINO: REZONING AND PREZONING 17.9 acres
from various City and County zoning districts to zoning districts which are
consistent with the adopted General Plan. The 17.9 acres are generally
located in an area bounded by Alcalde Rd., Foothill Blvd.. and Santa Lucia Ave.
