1. Application 8-U-75 of WESTERN REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (MERRITT
SHER): USE PERMIT to allow an outdoor patio retail sales area adjacent to
existing interior sales areas. Said property is located easterly and
adjacent to Sunnyvale -Saratoga Road approximately 97 feet southerly of the
intersection of Silverado Ave. and Saratoga -Sunnyvale Rd. and within a CG
(General Commercial) zone. First Hearing.
2. Application 7-U-75 of MC DONALD'S CORPORATION: REACTIVATION OF USE PERMIT
to allow construction of a restaurant within a Planned Development zone.
Said property is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of
Homestead Road and Stelling Road. Second Hearing.
3. Application 12 -TM -75 of DEMETER ENTERPRISES: TENTATIVE MAP to divide
.38+ acres into four lots plus two lots to be held in common ownership.
Said property is located westerly and adjacent to Miller Ave. at the

4. Application 9-U-75 of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION OF SAN

in a planned development zone. Said property is located in the south-

10,000 sq. ft. per dwelling unit) and CG (General Commercial) to BQ (Quasi -
Public Building) or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning
Commission; USE PERMIT to allow a preschool within a BQ zone. Said property
is located within the southeast quadrant of Stevens Creek Blvd. and Stelling
Rd. 411.97 feet from the intersection of Stevens Creek Blvd. and Stelling
Rd. First Hearing.
6. Application 18-Z-75 of LEO BIANCHI: PREZONING .25+ acres from Santa Clara
County RHS (Hillside Residential Variable Slope Density) to City of
Cupertino R1-10 (Residential, single-family, 10,000 sq. ft. per dwelling
unit) or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission.
Said property is located southerly and adjacent to Jacinto Road approximately
183 feet easterly of the intersection of Portola/El Cerrito Rd. and Jacinto
Rd. First Hearing.

10. Consideration of initiation of hearing to amend General Plan regarding
Lots 25, 26, and 27 located on Santa Clara Ave. in Monta Vista.- Mangano.
11. Consideration of initiation of hearing to amend General Plan regarding
2.4 acres within the Homestead Recreation Center located within the
southeast quadrant of the intersection of Homestead Rd. and Stelling Rd.
