1. Application 22-U-70 of P. BRIEN WILSON: Five-year extension of use permit
for continued use of residential structure as a law office. Said property
is located at 20401 Stevens Creek Blvd. (north side of Stevens Creek Boulevard,
approximately 400 feet east of Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road) within a CG (General
Commercial) zone. First Hearing.
2. Application 8-U-75 of WESTERN REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (MERRITT
SHER): USE PERMIT to allow an outdoor patio retail sales area adjacent to
existing interior sales areas. Said property is located easterly and adjacent
to Sunnyvale -Saratoga Road approximately 97 feet southerly of the intersection
of Silverado Ave. and Saratoga -Sunnyvale Rd. and within a CG (General Commercial)
zone. First He ring.
3. Application 7-U-75 of MC DONALD'S CORPORATION: REACTIVATION OF USE PERMIT to
allow construction of a restaurant within a Planned Development zone. Said
property is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Homestead
Road and Stelling Road. Second Hearing.
4. Application 15-Z-75 of PHILIP W. SONDENO: PREZONING .97 acres from Santa
Clara County R1-10 (Residential, single-family, 10,000 sq. ft. per dwelling
unit) to City of Cupertino Rl-40 (Residential, single-family, 40,000 sq. ft.
per dwelling unit) or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning
Commission. Said property is located southwesterly of the intersection of
San Juan Road and El Cerrito Road approximately 80 ft. easterly of the
terminus of Cordova Rd. First Hearing.

5. Applications 14-Z-75 and 13 -TM -75 of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION OF SAN DIEGO: REZONING 3.55 acres from CG (General Commercial)
to P (Planned Development with commercial/residential intent) or whatever
zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission; TENTATIVE MAP
to combine two recorded parcels into one parcel containing 3.55 acres.
Said property is located in the southeast quadrant of Stevens Creek Boulevard
and Wolfe/Miller intersection. First Hearing.
6. Application 12 -TM -75 of DEMETER ENTERPRISES: TENTATIVE MAP to divide .38+
acres into four lots plus two lots to be held in common ownership. Said
property is located westerly and adjacent to Miller Ave. at the inter-
section of Miller Ave. and Calabazas Creek. First Hearing.
7. Application 17-Z-75 of CITY OF CUPERTINO: REZONING 18.5 acres from RIC
(Residential, single-family, cluster) and 2.55 acres from Al -43 (Agricultural/
Residential,single-family, 1 -acre lots) to PR (Parks and Recreation) zone or
whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission. Said
property is located northerly of and adjacent to McClellan Road at the inter-
section of McClellan Road and Stevens Creek. First Hearing.
