Note: In order to decrease the length of the meeting, no public hearing

PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Application 9 -TM -75 of MAY INVESTMENT CO.: TENTATIVE MAP to divide
2.24 acres into eighteen single-family cluster units. Said property
is located southerly of the City Corporation Yard adjacent to and
westerly of Mary Avenue. First Hearing continued.
2. Application 7-U-75 of MC DONALD'S CORPORATION: USE PERMIT to allow
construction of a restaurant within a Planned Development zone. Said
property is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of
Homestead Road and Stelling Road. First Hearing continued.
3. Application 11 -TM -75 of MR. AND MRS. F. E. ROBLES: TENTATIVE MAP
to remove lot line between two parcels to consolidate said parcels
into one parcel. Said property consists of 0.694 acres and is located
northwest of Mt. Crest Drive and south of Linda Vista Drive. First
Hearing..

4. Consideration of initiation of, hearing to amend General Plan regarding
2.33 acres located southerly of Stevens Creek Blvd. approximately
