Item #3 - General Plan - Hillsides - Staff request for continuance WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS to Sept. 22, 1975. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS Note: In order to decrease the length of the meeting, no public hearing will be initiated after 12:00 a.m. PUBLIC HEARINGS: 1. Application 3-Z-75 of CITY OF CUPERTINO: REZONING approximately 150 acres from various zones to Planned Development. The 150+ acres are generally located westerly of Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road between Route 280 Freeway and Alves Drive and easterly of Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road between Route 280 Freeway and St. Joseph's Church. First Hearing continued. 2. Application 7-U-75 of MC DONALD'S CORPORATION: USE PERMIT to allow construction of a restaurant within a Planned Development zone. Said property is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Homestead Road and Stelling Road. First Hearing continued. 3. CITY OF CUPERTINO: Public Hearing to consider 1973 Comprehensive General Plan. a. Hillsides UNFINISHED BUSINESS: None NEW BUSINESS: 4. Abandonment of westerly 5' of P.U.E. on Lot 23, Tract 3407 - Vern Frediani 5. Consideration of initiation of hearing to amend General Plan regarding 2.24 acres located southerly of City Corporation Yard for expansion of said yard. -1- PC -2O3 Planning Comm. Assurance is given that all comments and suggestions will be forwarded to each member of the City Council and, if such is appropriate, to the proper City board, commission or committee or the proper administrative officer. Any communication relating to an agenda item should be so identified. Comments or suggestions need not be signed, but those that are signed will receive a timely written response on the status of the referred -to matter.
