PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Application 5 -TM -75 of EQUITY DEVELOPMENT CO.: TENTATIVE MAP to sub-
divide 6.4 acres into 60 -lot residential cluster development with one
lot to be held in common ownership. Said property is located at the
northwest corner of the intersection of Stevens Creek Blvd. and Stelling
Road. First Hearing continued.
2. CITY OF CUPERTINO: Public Hearing to consider an ordinance regulating
building design, building location and landscaping in all zones as a
means to ensure visual and acoustical privacy.. First Hearing continued.
3. Application 10-V-74 of HOWARD E. MALLETT: VARIANCE from Section 16.28.010
of. the fence ordinance to allow a six-foot hedge across the front property
line. Said property is located at 20699 Rodrigues Avenue in a residential,
single-family zone. Second Hearing continued.
4. Application 6-U-75 of GLORIA A. ANSON: USE PERMIT to allow conversion of
single-family residence to beauty salon and boutique. Said property within
a commercial zone is located at 10026 Orange Avenue, Monta Vista. First
Hearing.
5. Applications 4-Z-75 and 4 -TM -75 of LAMONT E. WILLIAMS: PREZONING 13.4
acres from Santa Clara County Rl-A to City of Cupertino R1-80 (Residential,
single-family, 80,000 sq. ft. per dwelling unit) or whatever zone may be
deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission; TENTATIVE MAP to divide
13.4 acres into five residential, single-family lots. Said property is
located at the western terminus of Lindy Lane. First Hearing.
