NOTE: In order to decrease the length of the meeting, no public hearing
will be initiated after 12:00 a.m.
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Application 13-Z-74 of SAN CARLOS HOMES AND DEVELOPMENT CO.: REZONING
20.7 acres from A (Agricultural/Residential - 10,000 sq. ft. minimum
lot) to P (Planned Development with residential cluster use intent
with approximately 2.4 dwelling units per acre) or whatever z-Jne may
be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission. Said property is
located southerly of and adjacent to Voss Avenue at its westerly
terminus. First Hearing continued.
2. CITY OF CUPERTINO: Public Hearing to consider an amendment of Chapter
16.28 of the Municipal Code pertaining to the height and location of
fences and vegetation within the yard setback areas. First Hearing
continued.
3. Application 3-U-75 of KITCHENGARDENS, INC.:, USE PERMIT to conduct
an outdoor commercial activity in a commercial zone. Said.activity
involves the renting of small garden plots to the general public.
Said property consists of six acres and is located within the south-
east and the southwest quadrants of the intersection of Stevens Creek
Blvd. and Portal Ave. First Hearing continued.
4. Application 4-U-75 of COLDWELL BANKER MANAGEMENT CORPORATION: USE
PERMIT to allow construction of 49,200 sq. ft. of light manufacturing
space. Said property is located westerly of and adjacent to Bandley
Drive approximately 30 ft. northerly of the intersection of Bandley
Drive and Lazaneo Drive. First Hearing continued.

5. Application 5 -TM -75 of EQUITY DEVELOPMENT CO.: TENTATIVE MAP to sub-
divide 6.4 acres into 60 -lot residential cluster development with one
lot to be held in common ownership. Said property is located at the
northwest corner of the intersection of Stevens Creek Blvd. and Stelling
Road. First Hearing.
6. CITY OF CUPERTINO: Public Hearing to consider an ordinance regulating
building design, building location and landscaping in all zones as a
means to ensure visual and acoustical privacy. First Hearing continued.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
7. Report from Planning Commission re: Amendment to Ordinance 220(e),
Cluster Ordinance, establishing new regulations affecting residential
cluster developments. (continued)

8. Request for initiation of change of zone to implement general plan -
Monta Vista area, southerly of Stevens Creek Blvd., easterly of Foothill
Blvd., northerly of McClellan Road, and westerly of Scenic Blvd. and

receive a timely written response on the status of the referred -to matter.
