CITY OF CUPERTINO: Public Hearing to consider an amendment of Chapter 16.28 of the Municipal Code pertaining to the height and location of fences and vegetation within the yard setback areas. First Hearing continued. 2. Application 3-U-75 of KITCHENGARDENS, INC.: USE PERMIT to conduct an outdoor commercial activitiy in a commercial zone.. Said activity involves the renting of small garden plots to the general public. Said property consists of six acres and is located within the south- east and the southwest quadrants of the intersection of Stevens Creek Blvd. and Portal Ave. First Hearing continued. 3. Application 4-U-75 of COLDWELL.BANKER MANAGEMENT CORPORATION: USE ..PERMIT to allow construction of 49,200 sq. ft. of light manufacturing space. Said property is located westerly of and adjacent to Bandley Drive approximately 30 ft. northerly of the intersection of Bandley Drive and Lazaneo Drive. First Hearing. 4. Application 5-U-75 of BECKER INSTRUMENTS AND PHOTOGRAPHIC OPTICS: USE PERMIT to allow the utilization of approximately 1,000 sq. ft. of commercial floor area within a General Commercial zone in a manner consistent with the General Plan. Said property is located adjacent.to.and westerly of North Blaney Avenue approximately 270 ft. northerly of Stevens Creek Boulevard. First hearing. 7.
