PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Application 13-Z-74 of SAN CARLOS HOMES & DEVELOPMENT CO.: REZONING
20.7 acres from A (Agricultural/Residential - 10,000 sq. ft. minimum
lot) to P (Planned Development with residential cluster use intent
with approximately 3.6 dwelling units per acre) or whatever zone may
be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission. Said property is
located southerly of and adjacent to Voss Avenue at its westerly
terminus. First Hearing continued.
2. Applications 38-Z-74, 28 -TM -74 & 32-U-74 of SOBRATO-BERG-RUSSO:
REZONING 4+ acres from P (Planned Development with General Commercial
intent) to P (Planned Development with commercial/industrial use
intent) or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning
Commission; TENTATIVE MAP to subdivide 8.04 -acre parcel into two
parcels; USE PERMIT to allow construction of three industrial
buildings totaling approximately 60,000 sq. ft. Said property is
located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Beardon Dr.
and Valley Green Dr. First Hearing.
3. Applications 25-Z-74, 26 -TM -74, 27-U-74 & 31-U-74 of DE ANZA RACQUET
CLUB AND VILLAGE GREEN (DON 0. BANDLEY AND EQUITY DEVELOPMENT CO.):
REZONING 13.2+ acres from P (Planned Development with General Commercial
intent) to P (Planned Development with Residential/Recreational and
Incidental Commercial Activities intent) or whatever zone may be deemed
appropriate by the Planning Commission; TENTATIVE MAP to redivide 13.2+
acres into two parcels; USE PERMIT to allow construction of a commercial
racquet club consisting of clubhouse, restaurant, pro shop, Olympic
swimming pool, and twenty tennis courts; USE PERMIT to allow construction
of a residential cluster development containing sixty-eight units. Said
property is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of
Stelling Road and Stevens Creek. Boulevard. First Hearing.

4. Application 2.8-Z-74 of W. J. HERMAN (KESTER PROPERTY): REZONING
approximately 2.7 acres from R1-7.5 (Residential, single-family,
7,500 sq. ft. per dwelling unit) and 15.2 acres from A-ua (Agricultural/
Recreational) to P (Planned Development with residential cluster, 68
units maximum intent) or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by
the Planning Commission. Said property is located adjacent to and
easterly of Stevens Canyon Road approximately 200 ft. southerly of
Riverside Drive. First Hearing.
5. Application 1-V-75 of DIVIDEND INDUSTRIES, INC.: VARIANCE to reduce
the required minimum rear setback distance for a duplex building from
ten feet to nine feet on Lot 1, Tract 5615. Said property is located
at the southwest corner of Vista Drive and Forest Street. First
Hearing.
A- CITY OF CUPERTINO: Amendment to Ordinance 220(e), Cluster Ordinance,
establishing new regulations affecting residential cluster developments.
