Mallett & Sobrato-Berg-Russo WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS ORAL COMMUNICATIONS PUBLIC HEARINGS: 1. Application 10-V-74.of HOWARD E. MALLETT: VARIANCE from Section 16.28.010 of the fence ordinance to allow.a six-foot hedge across the front property line. Said property is located at 20699 Rodrigues Avenue in a residential', single-family zone. Second Hearing continued. 2. Application 33-Z-74 of MARK J. ALEXANDER: PREZONING .11 acres from Santa Clara County R2 (Residential, duplex) to City of Cupertino R1-7.5 (Residential, single-family, 7,500 sq. ft. per dwelling unit) or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission. Said property is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Foothill Blvd. and Silver Oak Way and the southeast corner of Foothill Blvd. and Silver Oak Way westerly of an existing service station. Said property is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Beardon Drive and Valley Green Drive. First Hearing.
