1. Application 10-V-74.of HOWARD E. MALLETT: VARIANCE from Section 16.28.010
of the fence ordinance to allow.a six-foot hedge across the front property
line. Said property is located at 20699 Rodrigues Avenue in a residential',
single-family zone. Second Hearing continued.
2. Application 33-Z-74 of MARK J. ALEXANDER: PREZONING .11 acres from
Santa Clara County R2 (Residential, duplex) to City of Cupertino R1-7.5
(Residential, single-family, 7,500 sq. ft. per dwelling unit) or whatever
zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission. Said property
is located at the southwest corner of the intersection of University and
Alhambra Avenues. First Hearing continued.
3. Applications 25-Z-74, 26 -TM -74, 27-U-74, & 31-U-74 of DE ANZA RACQUET

4. Application 27 -TM -74 of BRUCE EDWARDS: TENTATIVE MAP to redivide
approximately 4.8 acres into one 3.03 -acre parcel and three additional

dwelling unit) or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the
Planning Commission; TENTATIVE MAP to divide two recorded parcels
consisting of 1.06 acres into four duplex lots. Said property is
located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Foothill
Blvd. and Silver Oak Way and the southeast corner of Foothill Blvd.

buildings totaling approximately 60,000 square feet. Said property
is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Beardon
Drive and Valley Green Drive. First Hearing. (Postponed due to
erroneous location in legal notice; readvertised for Jan. 27 meeting)
