A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CUPERTINO APPROVING THE FINAL MAP FOR CUPERTINO PROPERTY
DEVELOPMENT I, LLC, 10090 WOLFE F:OAD, APN 316-20-037 & 316-20-038;
AUTHORIZING SIGNIlJG OF FINAL MAP
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council for approval and for
authorization to record final map located at l OCi90 Wolfe Road;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT
a. Said final map is hereby approved.
b. The offer of dedication for easements is hereby accepted.
c. The City Engineer and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign said
final map.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 1st day of September, 2009, by the following vote:
