Site Address: 1 Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA Assignment This report documents the condition of a Pinus eldarica located on the Apple Park campus and provides professional recommendations regarding its removal and replacement to support a permit application. Tree Description The subject tree is a Pinus eldarica (Eldarica Pine) measuring approximately 27 inches in diameter at breast height (DBH). Methods The tree was evaluated using standard visual tree assessment methods consistent with ISA Best Management Practices. Laboratory analysis of collected tissue samples was reviewed. Findings The tree is dead, exhibiting complete canopy failure, extensive branch dieback, and total loss of vigor. Laboratory testing conWirmed the presence of Phytophthora spp. and Diplodia spp., both of which are known to cause mortality in conifer species.
