We have included the following into change proposal. As we have completed/If we are to Proceed, please add
$49,976 to our contract amount.
Our Change Proposal Includes the following scope:
CHW Pump Scope of Work
-Provide labor to support (2) facility shutdown & Drain CHW system
-Provide & Install (4) new 4" Isolation Valves for (2) New 7.5 HP CHW Pumps
-Provide & install (2) new 7.5 HP CHW Pumps
-Provide labor to remove (2) Existing CHW Pump Electrical Disconnects
-Provide & install (2) new 7.5 HP CHW Pump VFDs
-Provide labor and electrical materials to install new VFDs
-Provide labor and HVAC Piping materials to install new VFDs
-Provide labor to support Facilities when reintroducing the CHW with Glycol. Glycol refill
by facilities
-Bond price included
Exclusions/Clarification:
-Premium time labor
-Removal and disposal of hazardous materials
-Permits and drawings
-Cutting and patching of roof and walls
Proposal is valid for 30 days from date above, and can be requested for extension, at customer request.
Labor and materials is warrant up to one year, from completion date of work performed.
