Repairs/rehabilitation is for critical health and safety issues and/or the addition of accessible features for disabled and/or elderly homeowners who may otherwise not be able to stay in their homes. 2 Goal Name Affordable Rental Construction Goal Description Construct affordable rental housing units for extremely low- and low-income residents.
