Hi Jennifer,
The fee estimate for the review of this map is $3500.
Would you need a formal letter proposal? Or you can just mention the budget on the service order?
Yes, it would helpful to see the title report to see how many easements aƯect the parcel.
By the way, we have another request for some survey by a diƯerent team from City of Cupertino.
Do you know Yulis? Will this be included on the on-call survey or a separate contract?

how much to allocate towards this service order?
