PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Application 24-Z-76 of MAY INVESTMENT CO.: REZONING approximately 0.4
acres from R3 (Residential, multiple) to R1C (Residential, single-family,
cluster development) zone providing for a total of four dwelling units,
or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission.
Said property is located easterly of and adjacent to Terry Way at its
southerly terminus. First Hearing continued.
2. Application 28 -TM -76 of MAY INVESTMENT CO.: TENTATIVE MAP to subdivide
0.4 acres into four lots. Said property is located easterly of and
adjacent to Terry Way at its southerly terminus. First Hearing.
3. Applications 25-Z-76, 25 -TM -76, and 22-U-76 of DENNY'S ARCHITECTURAL
SERVICES: REZONING approximately 1.19 acres from CG (General Commercial)
to P (Planned Development with General Commercial intent) zone or what-
ever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission; TENTATIVE
MAP to subdivide 1.39 acres into two parcels; USE PERMIT to allow construc-
tion of a 4,957 sq. ft. restaurant. Said property is located at the north-

4. Applications 28-Z-76 and 27 -TM -76 of SAN CARLOS HOMES AND DEVELOPMENT
CO.: REZONING approximately 20.84 acres from P (Planned Development
with residential cluster use intent with approximately 2.4 dwelling units
per acre) to the following zones: 9.76 acres to Rl-40 (Residential, single-
family, 40,000 sq. ft. per dwelling unit); 5.36 acres to R1-10 (Residential,
single-family, 10,000 sq. ft. per dwelling unit); 5.72 acres to R1-7.5
(Residential, single-family, 7,500 sq. ft. per dwelling unit) or whatever
zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission; TENTATIVE MAP
to subdivide 20.84 acres into 43 lots. Said property is located southerly
of and adjacent to Voss Avenue at its westerly terminus. First Hearing.

feet west of the intersection of Lindy Place and Lindy Lane. First

6. Application 27=-Z-76 of RICHARD CHILDRESS: REZONING approximately
20.39 acres from A (Agricultural) to Rl-120 (Residential, single-
family, 120,000 sq. ft. per dwelling unit) or whatever zone may be
deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission. Said property is
located in the Regnart Canyon west of Regnart Rd. First Hearing.

7. Application 12-U-76 of USA PETROLEUM CORPORATION: MODIFICATION OF
USE PERMIT to convert existing self —serve gasoline station to post
pay design. Said property is located at the southeast corner of
the intersection of Stevens Creek Blvd. and Blaney Avenue. First
Hearing.
8. CITY OF CUPERTINO: Public Hearing to review proposed Tree Ordinance
providing regulations for care and removal of trees on private property,
providing for a system of granting permits for removal of specimen trees,
and providing for protection of all trees during construction operations.
First Hearing continued.
