1 -acre lots) to R1-25 (Residential, single-family, 25,000 sq. ft. per
dwelling unit); 2.20 acres from Rl-10 (Residential, single-family,

request to reduce the front yard setback requirement from 25 ft. as
set forth in the approved conditions of approval for tentative map
application 3 -TM -74 to 20 ft., and to request a variance from Section
10.4 of Ordinance No. 220(n) to permit a rear setback of 10 ft. in
lieu of 20 ft. or 20% of the lot depth for a 2 -story building. Said
property is located at 22074 Baxley Ct. also commonly referred to as
Lot 5 of Tract 5561. First Hearing.
5. Application 19—U-76 of ELDON R. HOFFMAN/ANY MOUNTAIN, LTD.: USE

ment) zone or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the
Planning Commission. Said property is located at the southwest
corner of the intersection of Foothill Blvd. and Alcalde Rd.

8. Applications 21-Z-76 and 21 -TM -76 of GEORGE L. QUINN, JR.: PREZONING
approximately 1.77 acres from Santa Clara County R3 (Residential,
multiple) to City of Cupertino R1-10 (Residential, single-family,
10,000 sq. ft. per dwelling unit) or whatever zone may be deemed
appropriate by the Planning Commission; TENTATIVE MAP to subdivide
approximately 1.77 acres into six single-family residential units.
Said property is located adjacent to and easterly of Lockwood Dr.
at the intersection of Stevens Creek Blvd. and Lockwood Drive.
