PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Application 4—V-76 of THOMAS B. MAYBO: VARIANCE request from Section
10.2 of Ordinance No. 575 to permit a reduction in the required front
setback area from twenty (20) feet to ten (10) feet from the front
property line. Said property is located southerly of and adjacent to
Rodrigues Avenue adjacent to Cupertino City Hall. First Hearing.
2. Application 12-U-76 of USA PETROLEUM CORPORATION (URICH ENTERPRISES,
INC.)' USE PERMIT to allow conversion of existing self -serve gasoline
station to post pay design. Said property is located at the southeast
corner of the intersection of Stevens Creek Blvd. and Blaney Ave. First
Hearing.
3. Application 15-U-76 of SARATOGA FOOTHILLS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION: USE
PERMIT to allow construction of 34 single—family residential homes in
a planned development zone. Said property is located westerly of and
adjacent to Bandley Drive approximately 500 ft. northerly of the inter-
section of Bandley Dr. and Alves Dr. First Hearing.
4. Application 19 -TM -76 of MAY INVESTMENT COMPANY: TENTATIVE MAP to sub-
divide 6.8 acres into 28 single-family cluster residential lots plus
one lot to be held in common ownership. Said property is located at
the southeast corner of the intersection of Stevens Creek Blvd. and
Scenic Blvd. First Hearing.

REZONING approximately 12 acres from P (Planned Development with
commercial use intent) to P (Planned Development with single—family,
residential use intent) or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate
by the Planning Commission; TENTATIVE MAP to subdivide 18 acres of
which 12 acres will be utilized for 54 single—family lots and one
6 —acre lot will remain vacant; USE PERMIT to allow construction of
54 single—family homes. Said property is located easterly and
adjacent to No. De Anza Blvd. approximately 1400 ft. northerly of
the intersection of De Anza Blvd. and Stevens Creek Blvd. First
Hearing.
