PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Application 16-Z-76 of THOMAS B. MAYBO: REZONING approximately 0.20 -
acres from P (Planned Development with residential, multiple -family
use intent) to R2-4.25 (Residential, duplex, 4,250 sq. ft. per dwelling
unit) or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning Com-
mission. Said property is located southerly and adjacent to Rodrigues
Ave. adjacent to Cupertino City Hall. First Hearing.
2. CITY OF CUPERTINO: Hearing to consider establishing a new R3 high
density, multiple -family residential zone relating to density, set-
backs, permitted uses and other development standards; and the
repealing of existing R3-2.2 and R3-2.7 multiple -family residential
zones. First Hearing.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
3. Application 1-Z-76 - City of Cupertino - Referred to Planning Commission
for report.

4. Review of Midpeninsula Regional Park District Master Plan
5. Request for general plan conformity statement for open space acquisi-

District.
