PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. CITY OF CUPERTINO: Public Hearing to review proposed Tree Ordinance
providing regulations for care and removal of trees on private property,
providing for a system of granting permits for removal of specimen trees,
and providing for protection of all trees during construction operations.
First Hearing continued.
2. Application 10-U-76 of SAINT ANDREW'S RESIDENCE FOR BOYS --STAR HOUSE:
USE PERMIT to allow the use of an existing residence in a ,planned
development with commercial use intent zoning district as a residential
care facility for teenage boys. Said property is located at 20240
Stevens Creek Blvd. First Hearing.
3. Applicaiton 11-U-76 of KENNETH P. ELVIN: USE PERMIT to allow construc-
tion of six duplex residential units in a P (Planned Development with
residential, duplex use intended) zone. Said property is located at
Foothill Blvd. and Silver Oak Way at the southerly terminus of Silver
Oak Way. First Hearing.
4. Application 15-Z-76 of HARRY SAKAE: PREZONING approximately 0.21 acres
from Santa Clara County Rl-8 (Residential, single-family, 8,000 sq. ft.
per dwelling unit) to City of Cupertino R1-7.5 (Residential, single-
family, 7,500 sq. ft. per dwelling unit) or whatever zone may be deemed
appropriate by the Planning Commission. Said property is located southerly
and adjacent to Hermosa Avenue approximately 205 ft. westerly of the
intersection of Orange Avenue and Hermosa Avenue. First Hearing.
