1. Application 10-Z-76 of MAY INVESTMENT CO.: REZONING 6.48 acres from
R1-10 (Residential, single-family, 10,000 sq. ft. per dwelling unit)
to RlC (Residential, single-family, cluster development involving 28
dwellings) or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning
Commission. Said property is located southerly of Stevens Creek Blvd.
and easterly of Scenic Blvd. at the southeast corner of the intersection
of Stevens Creek Blvd. and Scenic Blvd. First Hearing.
2. Application 7-U-76 of VALLCO PARK, LTD.: USE PERMIT approving a master
use permit to allow various land uses requiring a use permit as set
forth in Section 95 in the General Commercial zoning ordinance. Said
uses will be located in the Vallco Fashion Park Regional Shopping
Center mall located adjacent to and westerly of Wolfe Road. First
Hearing.
3. Applications 9-Z-76, 10 -TM -76 and 6-U-76 of B.A.S. HOMES (Miner property):
REZONING 8.6 acres from Rl-10 (Residential, single-family, 10,000 sq. ft.
per dwelling unit) and R3-2.2 (Residential, multiple, 2,200 sq. ft. per
dwelling unit) to P (Planned Development with single-family, residential
use intent) or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning
Commission; TENTATIVE MAP to subdivide 8.6 acres into 39 single-family
lots; USE PERMIT to allow construction of 39 single-family homes. Said
property is located easterly and adjacent to No. De Anza Blvd. approxi-
mately 625 ft. northerly of the intersection of Stevens Creek Blvd. and
No. De Anza Blvd. First Hearing continued.

MERRICK: TENTATIVE MAP to combine two parcels into one parcel;
VARIANCE to Ordinance 686 to extend height of fence from eight feet
to ten feet. Said property is located easterly and adjacent to
Hillcrest Road approximately 350 ft. northerly of the intersection
of Hillcrest Rd. and Crescent Rd. First Hearing continued.
5. CITY OF CUPERTINO: Public Hearing to review proposed Tree Ordinance
providing regulations for care and removal of trees on private
property, providing for a system of granting permits for removal of
specimen trees, and providing for protection of all trees during con-
struction operations. First Hearing.
6. Applications 12 -TM -76 and 3-V-76 of DIVIDEND INDUSTRIES: TENTATIVE
MAP to subdivide approximately 1.1 acres into four single-family
residential lots; VARIANCE from Section 6.12 and 10, Ordinance 220(n)
single-family residential zone to permit a lot to front on a private
easement instead of fronting on the narrowest portion of the lot
facing a public street, as required by ordinance. Said property is
located southerly and adjacent to Stevens Creek Blvd. at the south-
westerly intersection of Janice Ave. and Stevens Creek Blvd. First
Hearing.
7. Applications 11-Z-76 and 13 -TM -76 of C.N.A. DEVELOPMENT, INC.:
PREZONING approximately one acre from Santa Clara County R3-2.4
(Residential, multiple, 2,400 sq. ft. per dwelling unit) to City of
Cupertino R1-7.5 (Residential, single-family, 7,500 sq. ft. per
dwelling unit) zone or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate
by the Planning Commission; TENTATIVE MAP to subdivide one parcel
containing approximately one acre into four lots. Said property
is located westerly and adjacent to Prado Vista Dr. approximately
230 ft. southerly of the intersection of Stevens Creek Blvd. and
Prado Vista Drive. First Hearing.
8. Application 9-U-76 of SHARON WHITE, DONNA FEICHTMANN: USE PERMIT to
allow a recreational use (pinball game room) in a CG (General Commercial)
zone. Said property is located easterly and adjacent to So. De Anza
Blvd. approximately 100 ft. northerly of the intersection of So. De Anza
Blvd. and Cali Ave. at 10066 So. De Anza Blvd. First Hearing.
9. Application 2-V-76 of BARRY J. AND NORMA R. FEELEY: VARIANCE request
from Section 10.4 of Ordinance 220(n) as amended by Ordinance No. 674,
to permit a rear setback of a single -story structure of 9.5 feet in lieu
of the 10 -ft. minimum setback required and rear yard area providing 725
sq. ft. of rear useable setback area in lieu of 1679 sq. ft. (22 x lot
width) as required by ordinance. Said property is located at the north-
west corner of the intersection of Baxley Ct. and Linda Vista Drive.

general plan consistency of future open space acquisition by the
Midpeninsula Regional Park District - 392 acres north of Saratoga
Gap Open Space Preserve, south of Upper Stevens Creek Park.

Ave.
