PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Application 1-Z-76 of CITY OF CUPERTINO: REZONING 20+ acres from
R3-2.2 (Residential, multiple, 2,200 sq. ft. per dwelling unit) zone
to P (Planned Development with residential land use intended with a
density of 0-4 units per acre) or whatever zone may be deemed
appropriate by the Planning Commission. Said property is located
adjacent to and westerly of Foothill Blvd. opposite the intersection
of Alpine Drive and Foothill Blvd. First Hearing continued.
2. Application 4-U-76 of VALI ASSOCIATES (Bruce Edwards): USE PERMIT
to allow construction of a mini -storage facility on 4.80 acres.
Said property is located on the southwest corner of the intersection
of Mary Avenue and Freeway Route 280. First Hearing.
3. Application 7 -TM -76 of EDMUND F. SCHNIEDERS, JR.: TENTATIVE MAP
to subdivide approximately 8.5 acres into 106 single-family residential
cluster units with 1 lot to be held in common ownership. Said property
is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of N. De Anza
Blvd. and Homestead Road. First Hearing.

6.56 acres from R1-10 (Residential, single-family, 10,000 sq. ft.
per dwelling unit) and Al -43 (Agricultural -Residential, single-family,
1 -acre lot) to Rl-30 (Residential, single-family, 30,000 sq. ft. per
dwelling unit); 9.32 acres from R1-10 and Al -43 to R1-40 (Residential,
single-family, 40,000 sq. ft. per dwelling unit); 7.10 acres from Ri-10
and Al -43 to Rl-60 (Residential, single-family, 60,000 sq. ft. per
dwelling unit); and 4.20 acres from Al -43 to R1-160 (Residential,
single-family, 160,000 sq. ft. per dwelling unit) or whatever zone may
be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission, totaling 27.18 acres;
TENTATIVE MAP to subdivide 27.18 acres into seventeen (17) single-
family residential lots. Said property is located westerly of Rainbow
Drive and southeasterly of Regnart Road. First Hearing.
5. CITY OF CUPERTINO: Public Hearing to consider an amendment to Sign
Ordinance No. 353 establishing new regulations for signs. First
Hearing continued.

expiration period.
