Investment Co. - to be continued as per staff request. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS ORAL COMMUNICATIONS PUBLIC HEARINGS: 1. Application 1-Z-76 of CITY OF CUPERTINO: REZONING 20+ acres from R3-2.2 (Residential, multiple, 2,200 sq. ft. per dwelling unit) zone to P (Planned Development with residential land use intended with a density of 0-4 units per acre) or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission. Said property is located adjacent to and westerly of Foothill Blvd. opposite the intersection of Alpine Drive and Foothill Blvd. First Hearing continued. 2. Application 6-Z-76 of MAY INVESTMENT COMPANY: REZONING 11.7+ acres from R1-10 (Residential, single-family, 10,000 sq. ft. per dwelling unit) and R1-7.5 (Residential, single-family, 7,500 sq. ft. per dwelling unit) to P (Planned Development with residential cluster use intent) zone or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission. Said property is located southerly of Stevens Creek Boulevard and easterly of Scenic Boulevard at the southeast corner of the intersection of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Scenic Boulevard. First Hearing continued. 3. CITY OF CUPERTINO: Public Hearing to consider a specific general plan for the old Monta Vista commercial area bounded by Freeway Route 85 on the east and Byrne Avenue on the west and consideration of a street plan line for Stevens Creek Blvd. between Freeway Route 85 and Ridgeway Drive (entrance into De Anza Oaks residential development).
