1. Application 1-Z-76 of CITY OF CUPERTINO: REZONING 20+ acres from
R3-2.2 (Residential, multiple, 2,200 sq. ft. per dwelling unit) zone
to P (Planned Development with residential land use intended with a
density of 0-4 units per acre) or whatever zone may be deemed
appropriate by the Planning Commission. Said property is located
adjacent to and westerly of Foothill Blvd. opposite the intersection
of Alpine Drive and Foothill Blvd. First Hearing continued.
2. Application 16 -TM -75 of SAN CARLOS HOMES & DEVELOPMENT: TENTATIVE
MAP to subdivide 50 residential lots plus one lot containing 11.9
acres to be held in common. Said property is located southerly of
and adjacent to Voss Avenue at its westerly terminus. First Hearing
continued.
3. Application 12-U-75 of PHOTOTECHNOLOGY: USE PERMIT to allow a photo
kiosk in a CG (General Commercial) zone. Said property is located at
the southwest corner of the intersection of Stevens Creek Blvd. and
E. Estates Drive. First Hearing continued.
4. Application 2-U-76 of Vallco Park, LTD.: USE PERMIT to allow construction
of one building containing 10,700 sq. ft., one building containing
13,217 sq. ft., the construction of six tennis courts and the relocating
of a 2,200 sq. ft. building presently located at the southeast corner
of Pruneridge Avenue and Wolfe Road. Said property is generally located
adjacent to and westerly of Wolfe Road immediately southerly of the
Vallco Village Shopping Center. First Hearing continued.

5. Application 3-Z-76 of GOOD SAMARITAN UNITED METHODIST CHURCH: REZONING
1.6 acres from Al -43 (Agricultural -Residential, single-family, 1 -acre
lots) to BQ (Quasi -Public Building) zone or whatever zone may be deemed
appropriate by the Planning Commission. Said property is located at the
southeast corner of the intersection of Homestead Road and Linnet Way.
First Hearing.
6. Application 2 -TM -76 of MAY INVESTMENT COMPANY: TENTATIVE MAP to
subdivide 1.1 acres into four single-family residential lots. Said
property is located adjacent to and southerly of McClellan Road and
approximately 350 feet westerly of Linda Vista Drive. First Hearing.
7. Application 3-GPA-75 of CITY OF CUPERTINO: GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT
amending current land use designation from an existing industrial/
residential mix to an industrial/commercial/residential mix for
approximately 75 acres located in the area easterly of North De Anza
Blvd. between Rt. 280 Freeway and St. Joseph's Church. First Hearing.
8. Application 3-U-76 of BAY AREA FOODS, INC. (BURGER KING): USE PERMIT
to allow construction of a fast foods restaurant to be located adjacent
to and northerly of Stevens Creek Blvd. approximately 79 feet westerly
of the intersection of Stevens Creek Blvd. and De Anza Blvd. First
Hearing.
9. Application 16-Z-75 of EDMUND F. SCHNIEDERS, JR.: REZONING approxi-
mately 8.5 acres from CG (General Commercial) to R1C (Residential,
single-family, cluster, 12 units per gross acre) zone or whatever
zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission. Said
property is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of
Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road and Homestead Road. First Hearing.
