PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Application 12-U-75 of PHOTOTECHNOLOGY: USE PERMIT to allow a photo kiosk
in a CG (Genera]. Commercial) zone. Said property is located at the south-
west corner of the intersection of Stevens Creek Blvd. and E. Estates Drive.
First Hearing continued.
2. Application 13-Z-75 of CITY OF CUPERTINO: REZONING AND PREZONING 17.9 acres
from various City and County zoning districts to zoning districts which are
consistent with the adopted General Plan. The 17.9 acres are generally
located in an area bounded by Alcalde Rd., Foothill -Blvd. and Santa Lucia
Ave. First Hearing continued.
3. Application 23-Z-75 of I. K. ISHIMATSU: REZONING 2.8 acres from OA
(Administrative and Professional Offices) to RlC (Residential, single-family,
cluster) zone or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning
Commission. Said property is located adjacent to and westerly of Finch
Avenue approximately 360 ft. southerly of the intersection of Sorenson.
